- Like the rest of the hotel, cityhouse has really gone downhill. $29 for an over-warmed buffet breakfast is ridiculous when you can walk a block to get a fresh-cooked meal at a place like Cafe Mo'z.
- Ask for Anthony, he will take care of you. Fantastic, friendly and efficient!
- KarenJanuary 14, 2023Definitely go with the full buffet over the continental buffet for breakfast - for only $2 more, it’s worth it.
- MuratMay 21, 2019Located in 2nd/Lobby floor, spacious, good for groups. Acts as lobby bar, breakfast area, and independent restaurant. Food is just fine. Prices are affordable. Service can be caotic in the mornings.
- Tom MaxwellSeptember 30, 2019The beyond sausage lunch plate is quite nice. Pretty light but the sausage tastes very close to real stuff
- The Chinese chicken salad! And Anthony as your server and you are set.
- DensJanuary 25, 2012Surprisingly, one of the better bourbon selections I've seen in SF: Pappy, Stagg, etc
- Heather FerrariAugust 26, 2013Delicious breakfast options! Buffet way overpriced for quantity of options.
- Derek StewartJune 14, 2011Asparagus starter is pretty good. Ask for it without the egg. The poached egg does nothing for the dish and just makes it gooey
- Zack BujaziaJanuary 28, 2012Ask for Australian Jayda .... She's incredibly personable and makes a good drink ;-)
- Derek StewartJune 14, 2011Just got the braised short rib. Pretty much a large bland pile of meat on potatoes. Could have been a little more exciting
- John ChangJune 11, 2012Decent food but dim lighting (no good for reading during breakfast), no Wi-Fi.
- Derek StewartJune 14, 2011House wine is average. They push the sale hard but I probably wouldn't order it again
- Jorge COctober 3, 2014Lousy service, waiters are rude and food/drinks are waaay overpriced. Avoid coming here.
