- I'd say half the people that work here are awesome the other half do not reflect the brand. Hotel is elegant and beautiful and the valets are the best.
- Elena Jacobs LopezAugust 7, 2016The adult pool is warmer water, a little quieter, but on a typical summer day in key west, The family pool is more refreshing! Beach service is great early in the day. The bar is steps from the sand!Upvoted Nov 8
- Abbey Gadinsky-SnyderMarch 13, 2015Stunning well run property and retreat. Food on property is great as well as service. Rooms are very nice. Private beach and pool area are a vacationers dream.Upvoted 3 weeks ago
- Cindy BartlettDecember 31, 2011We were here in April "11", fell in love with this resort, beautiful atmosphere, great service, have the Miami Vice at the beach bar, piña colada/strawberry daiquiri with a splash of Curzon dark rum!
- Great hotel - clean, large rooms, and friendly staff. Skip the $20 valet and park for free in the street. No wet bar in the room - grab a late night drink at the pool until midnight.
- Bobbie HoganApril 29, 2013Restaurant wait staff very slow......make sure if you pay $389 a night for a room with an ocean view that you can actually see the ocean and not a bunch of palm trees!!!
- The staff is phenomenal. Love the Italian Ice and the frozen towels. It's the little touches that make it stand out.
- Get a lay of the land as soon as you arrive. Free drink at noon each day on the beach. Free popsicle at 2pm. Free frozen towel...I never saw. The bar in the lobby has specials each day.
- Beautiful hotel, great location, excellent service!! Nice rooms however bathroom is a bit small ~ Tip your waiters and pool staff ~ you'll be glad ;)
- Regan MorrisonJune 28, 2016Amazing resort, pretty beaches, awesome pool, and Daniel the pool waiter is kick ass
- Rex DowApril 6, 2013Had a chance to stay here a few days a while back - great retreat in this slightly nuts town
- The Sun Sun pool bar has amazing cocktails. Order a skinny cucumber lemonade or a Moscow mule, grab a hammock, and lose a few hours.
- Gabriel HayesApril 14, 2016If you are staying here and want beach time, go next door to the Waldorf Reach for a much better beach.
- Gabriel HayesApril 14, 2016Get breakfast in your room and get a pitcher of juice and a bottle of Prosecco for mimosas.
- Anna BryukhanovaJanuary 20, 2015The location and hotel premises are great, service is so so, Internet is in permanent trouble!
- GustavoApril 11, 2013Very nice hotel, great service. Good location, close to Key West main attractions but not at walking distance.
- Beautiful clean rooms. Awesome beachside resort-they take care of you here! Very nice staff. 2 big pools! Get the piña colada!!!
- AT&TSeptember 12, 2011Another great reason to stay here: AT&T Wi-Fi is one of the many amenities here for guests. It’s fast and easy to connect.
- Paula Bendfeldt-DiazSeptember 2, 2013You must reserve a toes in the sand sunset dinner at Sun Sun restaurant. So romantic!
- Paul MillsJuly 8, 2012Gr8 pool bar, romantic dinner on the beach. Hotel needs upgrading in general, dull colour scheme ,cluttered bedrooms, tired furnishings & accessories, poor air-con, international friendly staff
- Had the most beautiful stay at Casa Marina. Beautiful views, nice staff and fabulous piña coladas. Vacation I will not soon forget.
- Matthew LewinskiMarch 13, 2013The smoked mahimahi dip in the bar is so good we had it every day we were here.
- Alternative to the NorthWest side Westin properties, is the southward facing Casa Marina. Oceanfront and Poolside for Sunrise.
- Catherine MApril 27, 2013Had a great experience, will be back. But don't eat at the hotel - ripoff especially breakfast buffet.
- Largest hotel in key west. If you stay here watch out for hidden pool use charges.. Yup they charge 10 bucks per day to your daily charges for pool use even if you don't use it. Hmmm
- Robert AmezquitaAugust 14, 2014"I hear her hair is insured for $10000" said nobody ever. Except at Casa Marina.
- Matt GossardJune 6, 2013The staff are very slow almost as if they are working for free and don't need tips. The beds are awful and no hot tub! As a diamond member no real difference ..But all in all not bad just bad beds !!!
- Kristen BaileySeptember 28, 2010Go see Jan at the SunSun poolside bar! She'll fix you right up! They have the best Conch Fritters in all of Key West!
- The service is horrible!! The rooms were nice & views are great outside by the pool. Service was just horrible though, definitely no benefits 4 being a diamond member! Starwood property's are better
- Ashley ElizabethAugust 20, 2013The piña colada really is amazing !! The caramel cruzan rum kills it!
- John DuarteOctober 1, 2016Maybe I had high expectations for a Waldorf Astoria property, but for the cost of a stay this property shouldn't be so outdated. Landscaping needs help (dead plants) and there is no wow factor.
- Oliver G.May 23, 2013There are better options for hotels to stay at, but they make a great Piña Colada at the beach bar.
- Get the Pina Colada at the Sun Sun bar. It's the best one I've ever had in my life!!! Made with cruzan rum. TO DIE FOR.
- Jim DobbinsApril 17, 2014The Casa Marina was a disappointment for my wife and I. The resort was nice but overall the staff and service was not what I would expect from a Waldorf Astoria. Expectations were not met.
- Kelly WuAugust 28, 2010You can see groups of fish at their private beach and the amazing sunset, what a wonderful day!
- Dave CoxOctober 25, 2011Nice hotel but nothing exceptional, certainly not worthy of the Waldorf Astoria brand. As a Hilton Diamond member I was disappointed with the service which is poor. No real benefits for Diamond member
