    Yuba dipping soba. Creamy, hearty, simplicity. Mochi could hold better. I hear wonderful things about their soft tofu.

    The key to eating all the soba before the flame goes out is to have 2 bundles of soba in the broth at one time. Always eating one and then reupping it.

    Excellent buckwheat noodles, delicate and nuanced broths, and fresh custard-like tofu. Vegetarian and meaty broths are on hand; both are excellent.
