    Yuba dipping soba. Creamy, hearty, simplicity. Mochi could hold better. I hear wonderful things about their soft tofu.

    Good ramen but sometimes they run out of options when they sell out. Not a lot of ramen options, more soba

    The key to eating all the soba before the flame goes out is to have 2 bundles of soba in the broth at one time. Always eating one and then reupping it.
