Don't just see it from the ground, spend that $25 to hit the top. You won't regret it...unless you forget to bring a camera.

Goegeous building. Don't visit 86th floor deck on a rainy or foggy day. Keep your bucks for another day.

Did you know? The Empire State Building was the tallest building in the world for over 40 years, from its completion in 1931, until 1972.

This building is totally a symbol of what NY is. Waiting on the line is totally OK; specially when you check the view of this city from the top.

A waste of time and money; rude staff too. Top of the Rock, the observation deck at Rockefeller Center (50th St. & 5/6 Av.) provides an unrestricted view, quicker to reach and all-round more enjoyable

One way to skip the lines of 45mins to 120mins is to take the 10-min Disney-style SkyRide. Worth the extra bucks.

Extra money to 102nd is worth it for less crowds and better, climate controlled views... also, later at night on a cold day = almost no crowds at all.

#ProTip not worth paying extra to go to the enclosed viewing deck on 102 unless you want to say you were at the highest point of #NYC. The 86th floor views are just fine
