Parking is a nightmare here. Aim for the short term parking underground and give plenty of time to get through security.

If you have time, have a snack at Pret-a-Manger before entering thru security. It's better than what's on the other side.

Daron YondemJuly 28, 2017Do not ever connect from MEA to US through this airport. If somehow you get stuck in the airport the only accommodation they can provide is a dirty, insecure dorm and no lockers.
Fast and efficient airport, especially during the week. Expensive though

Avoid the winter weekends if you can as it's going to be the worst nightmare you had in a decade... checkin staff from Swissport couldn't care less about their jobs

Valentine KonovFebruary 10, 2013Worsest airport on the planet. Its closed 23:00-04:00 for enter AND for exit. And nobody matter who is in, and no warnings that it would be closed. No possibility for smoke at that time. No sleep-boxs
Very few options at the C gates so be sure to shop and eat before you go through passport control.
