- Try to get out of work early in the summer - it gets mobbed by tourists and folks going out to the country/suburbs.

- Sucks to commute but if you gotta do it, Beer Table opposite Track 13 makes it easier- great Craft Beers

- The food court here is excellent. Many choices and cuisines.
- Pause to look up in the main hall for the constellations. You might even see a bird or two fly across the vast sky-scape.

- Peak hour during the afternoon rush hour is from 4-8pm so make sure you have an 'On Peak' ticket, if not you will have to pay the difference on the train.

- They're doing lots of construction to prepare for East Side Access. 100,000 Long Islanders will now be using GCT.
- If you walk through the mid section there are stairs that lead to an awesome rooftop also open to the public. So peaceful up here.
