Terrible service, two-page menu, no toilet paper in restroom & found a strand of hair buried in my $18 salad. Was reassured by the waiter that "no one in the kitchen has that color hair." Nice.

That scathing review in the Times was partially true. The service is horrendous but the comments regarding the food were exaggerated.

Sat down, waiter came by asks us what we want to drink. We mention some food he responds with,"I asked if you need drinks not food." We promptly left.

Worst service EVER! Ordered an appetizer, drinks and dessert. Waitress never brought silverware, plates, napkins or refills. Heck, waitress didnt return after taking order. We left and won't be back.

Totally unimpressed by this place. Burger meat tasted low quality... Fries tasted like they came from frozen... My friends steak was overcooked twice... The only saving grace was the italian nachos...
