- Audrey MurphySeptember 30, 2012When TSA says get here 3-5 hours in advance, you better bet your hiney you need at least 3. It IS the busiest airport in the world. Keep that in mind. But overall, it's fairly organized!
- This airport is so busy that I literally missed my flight while trying to get from one terminal to another. Other than that, pretty cool airport.
- Kurt RobinsonFebruary 6, 2017Not the best for standby, but if confirmed it's perfect. Tons of lounges to take advantage of as well. Look into purchasing a lounge pass if you don't have access through one of your cards.
- Great airport with lots of shops and eateries and a nice place to people watch while waiting for your flight. Concourse B is the best
- domenico webhostingtalk.nlJune 23, 2013Don't forget to get a Westmalle Tripel at the Belgian Beer Cafe Transit. Their menu is also very good.
- Amazing airport thus place is very busy.. if it is your first time can be overwhelming.
- Steph Drives GreenMay 11, 2014Alright, an odd tip perhaps, but ATL may have THE best pit-stop facilities. Lots of room for you & your luggage & plenty, plenty of hooks for your stuff!
- Best airport I've been to besides Dallas. Excellent food courts, huge airport and it's clean!
- If you have the time, walk instead of taking the tram and check out the exhibits. The Walk Through Atlanta History and the stone sculptures from Zimbabwe were pretty cool.
- If you have to make connections in another concourse, you gotta take the underground "Plane Train" to get there because the concourses are all separate from the main terminal.
- This is an incredibly hospitable airport toward the planespotting community. It’s completely OK to take photos of airplanes here at ATL parking decks as well as the gates.
- Rick DoesburgAugust 27, 2015Free WiFi, the airport is huge, directions are clear, trains to the gates are fast and easy.
- Dëva HolikOctober 27, 2014Large airport but easy to get around on tram. If you can visit One Flew South the best sushi you will have in any U.S. Airport.
- Walking through the airport is so worth it. Tons of great art.
- In the Delta terminal Concourse A, there are a number of food choices, including P.F. Chang. Sky club is next to A17.
- Head over to gate C45 for a fresh squeezed juice or a wheat grass shot. I flew through Atlanta just to stop by this place! It's called Fresh healthy café
- Greg LynchJanuary 8, 2015Boardwalk Burgers on Concourse A was excellent. Sit by the window and listen to live music from the piano bar. Very good burger.
- Very well organized the staff is super nice and the whole airport is well stocked with food shops and wonderful lay out!
- Check out One Flew South in Terminal E for the best food and ExpressSpa in Terminal A for great pedicures. Don't be fooled by the Chick-Fil-A in Terminal C... it's a tiny kiosk with only sandwiches :(
- Rewan PartiFebruary 15, 2015Large airport with a separate terminal for baggage. They have free wifi and a huge list of restaurants.
- If you're planning on parking here for an extended period of time during the busy holidays, be aware that economy parking can (and will) fill up - forcing you to pay ~$20 per day for regular parking.
- I'm only familiar with flying thru on Delta. Some great eateries have opened lately, Ecco, con. F. My fav SkyClubs are con. F, center con. A upstairs, con C near C37. Several Xpress Spas on concourses
- Riccardo F.June 24, 2016Check out The Club at ATL- efficient business centre, decent snacks and good service (oh and they have showers also)
- James UnderbergApril 13, 2015Plenty of good choices here - all depends on which terminal you land in - where you are leaving from and how much time you have !!!
- Latino Cigar Life 👍👍May 28, 2013A cigar smokers haven. They have an indoor smoking lounge. Granted you have to share with cigarrette smokers, but it has A/C and very welcome, aah ! #Cigars
- Eduardo MetingerFebruary 21, 2015The biggest airport I've been see!!! It's truly enormous but the attendance are very helpful! Be careful not to get lost!!! Hope see you again ATL!
- Lisa ClarkNovember 25, 2015For great coffee and baked treats, skip the lines at Starbucks and go to Harvest & Grounds, located next to D9. Very friendly staff, as well.
- Free WiFi, just sign up with your mail address. Something to eat? Try Panda Express. If you are not in hurry, walk between terminals instead the train, some times you can find nice art exhibitions.
- Best sky clubs. Food outside security is good. International terminal is great for food, space. Terminal A is a bit tight.
- Terminal B has great stuff! Including Savannah candy kitchen in case you need a caramel apple or praline before you fly out! (Or, for sweet tooth family members.)
- Suzanne Des MaraisApril 30, 2013The shuttle trains move super fast so make sure to hold on to something! There is nothing to hold onto if you're in the middle of the car and it's really crowded (which it often is).
- Nick ShiersAugust 14, 2014Pizzeria in Terminal A is really good quality food at a reasonable price. Deffinitely worth checking out!
- Rick W.November 29, 2013One of the biggest airports I've been to but everyone is so nice taking care of you. That has been my experience. Can't wait to visit again.
- Darwin WalkJune 26, 2013Try to have your car/taxi arrangements done before you get there. Being from Chicago, I am accustomed to a plethora of taxes and town cars being present. It was dead when we arrived on Monday.
- Terminal E, the international terminal, has the best food: Qdoba has some awesome tacos and burritos at a reasonable price.. six bucks for three tacos.. cant beat it!
- Lots of food options; if you have a 2+ hour layover, head to the international terminal for a less hectic airport feel with good food and better lounge areas.
- LesJuly 10, 2013Huge Airport! Liked the train ride ride that takes you from point A to point B..trains arrives every 3 mins. Convenient when you are running late.. like we were!
- John DavisJune 17, 2013If you have a long layover, go eat at One Flew South in E. There's also a good bar at the top of the escalators with quality beer and a piano player.
- Always here trying to get free wifi! Lmao! Clean airport with easy signs to read and helpful staff
- For it’s size, ATL is pretty well run. If you rented a car, be sure to give yourself extra time to get from the car center to the terminal.
- Miguel A.October 29, 2014If you craving for something good but don't have enough time, I suggest to head to Five Guys. Great food, fast and nice service.
- Todd BinionMarch 15, 2014If you're walking thru the terminal as part of a group of five or more people, try to walk side by side so that you obstruct the aisle. That's a great way to demonstrate courtesy and self awareness.
- If you're flying Delta out of Atlanta, it's easier to fly out of the International terminal. You can check in for domestic or International flights on that side for Delta flights ONLY
- I love the history and art displayed while walking from Terminal to another.
- Very nice airport but it is super crowded (fitting since its the busiest one in the world). There is plenty to do here!
- Tajuanya DarlingtonNovember 29, 2014Absolutely great choices of restaurants and shops. TSA staff are on a serious power trip. Are they apart of the FBI or CIA or something? Customer service training is needed for this crew.
- Have 30-40 minutes? Walk from Terminal T to F (the whole airport) and enjoy each terminal's art exhibits. 5-10 minutes: walk from Terminal T to A and enjoy the Zimbabwe sculpture exhibit!
- Christine ThomasJuly 13, 2012Southern Flavors on Concourse T across from gate 12 has the best cookbooks and taste of Louisiana and Georgia you can find! Their beignet mix is awesome!
- The “F” terminal is beautiful and has upscale shops, live music, and nice eateries.
- Jenna SchroederJanuary 20, 2015An airport I frequent often, huge airport, so make sure you utilize the plane train .. also follow signs, airport is well marked, staff is helpful
