Matthew SolariApril 20, 2011Phillips seafood is one of the better eateries for healthier food fare, although alot of the menu is fried.
Hartsfield is a small city. Excellent food courts and airline club rooms. The airtrains move you quickly from terminal to terminal. Arrive early, as the security check-in process can very get busy!

like craft beer and have a layover? be sure to visit Sweetwater for some quality locally brewed beer.
Terminal B has some good (airport) shopping and food options.
Concourse C gives me such fond memories of Concourse B ...
If on the North side, go to the Security at the very end of the hall. It's a lot faster. Fly AirTran, it's the best.
if you want a workout walk from the terminal all the way down to Concourse E
Enjoy the radiation bath! Sixth fingers and/or toes should start coming up in about 4-6 weeks!

There have been changes with returning through the international terminal and customs. I was not happy to wait for an hour to return home.

Love the Martin Luther King Jr. Exhibit they have in Concourse E right when you go up the escalator.
This airport is a bit of a maze, so budget extra time to get to your destination.
Don't ask for Dr Pepper on an Atlanta flight. They will try to burn you at the stake.

Precheck is moving to the main security area in late November 2012.

John AounMay 14, 2010There are actually 2 intertwined lines to get throught security ID check. Entrance on the left typically has a shorter line. For scanning, line closest to the glass is quickest

JAugust 10, 2018Never again will I take a layover flight, especially an international flight to Atlanta. I waited on a long custom line that appeared to be a puzzle maze, 3 hours. I missed my connecting flight.
