Airtrain it back to Manhattan if you're travelling solo. It takes an hour and it's only $7 compared to a $50 cab where you can get stuck in traffic. Just follow the signs.

Food choices in terminal 1 are so limited and quite disappointing.
Cold n waah sleep... OH SO BADLY!! But da work must go on...
Never plan to fly thru here again if I can avoid it. Shuttles take forever. Been waiting 30 min for term 2 shuttle and two buses to terminal 3 have come through!

Eddy MoralesMay 20, 2011The security will make you check your carry on if they think it's too big, no questions. The economy is bad but getting me for $25 on America Airline is a all time low.

Never fly American. Also probably just don't leave New York. Nothing better out there.

Flying in over Brooklyn isn't as prety as flying in over the Bronx and Queens, but I do love JFK.
