As a visitor from outside USA, expect the worst welcome possible by the immigration and customs. I was detained for six hours even though all my papers were in order. Terrible!

Don’t use the fake ubers. Sometimes you get a good deal and sometimes they gouge you. Best to trek to the uber and lyft pick up locations. If you have a long layover, try to go into the city.
