Zayed KhanJanuary 24, 2015Tuna tartare is terrific. Very fresh, and handsomely plated. Octopus looks a bit messy, but is perfectly cooked (not chewy or spongy, as is often the case). Works well with the potato puree.
Bin YangOctober 19, 2014Incredible duxelles stuffed chicken. Extremely flavorful and exceptionally juicy. Appetizers are a standout as well; the terrine is meaty and the pork belly is crisp and satisfying.
