    Tried everything and it was all outstanding! The brisket is just melt in your mouth phenomenal, the pulled pork super moist, and the lamb neck so tender and unlike any bbq I've had. Can't go wrong!

    The best barbecue in AZ period. Try the house made sausage, turkey, fatty brisket, and beans. Also on Saturdays they have beef short rib. Get there before they open for parking!

    The big secret to deal with the line: Go weekdays between noon and 12:15. The opening crush has settled down, and they usually haven’t started to run out of crowd favorites like fatty brisket yet.

    Great smoked brisket! Their smoked meats are just awesome. One of the best around! I love their grits too! Their mustard sauce was best to me to put on their meats. Spicy & original a little too sweet

    I went again today and it's confirmed, best brisket in PHX!had their pastrami today, it's one of the best smoked meats I've ever had...Ribs & brisket were perfectly juicy & smoky - cooked perfectly!

    Excellent place for BBQ! Be prepared to wait; once they sell out of meat for the day they close! Get here early to grab a juicy rib or delicious taste of brisket. Their pecan pie can't be missed.

    Lunch is the best time to go and you need to get there early. Once they're out of the meat, they are out of the meat. This is worth the wait and you need to get the brisket, it's life changing.

    If you want a melt in your mouth BBQ cardiac arrest, then this place'll do it to you. Place is hopping, stuff flies off the grill and closes as soon as it's all sold. So make sure you get there early!

    AMAZING BBQ!!! Get there early (10:00AM) as parking lot is small and the line is long b/c the food is EXCELLENT! Lunch is when you go to avoid them running out of the brisket, GET THE BRISKET.

    Long queue is worth the wait. Attend the tour to the bbq pit while waiting. I love the pulled pork and brisket and their spicy bbq sauce.
