Never a pleasure, always a pain. Allow at least an hour to clear border and/or customs. Hate landing here.

Allow 30 minutes to clear security in the morning. Complete joke. Slow, incompetent and rude staff!
Terribly badly run airport with huge lines and inadequate infrastructure. Avoid it if you can

Luton could be a lot worse. Newly opened Benugo and Hotel Chocolat help make waiting for a flight much more bearable :)
