Nothing is good here. You pay for what you get. Disorganised check in queues. Hurried from security to the gate.

Worst airport ever, if you are travelling with a baby. They don't have lifts and the staff are very rude/unhelpful.
Scott ZumwaltApril 22, 2011Terrible airport but hopefully your flight was cheap. You can take shuttle then train to St. Panc. Stn. (downtown) for about 10£ all together.
You even have to pay for the shuttle bus to the train station :(

Passport control is a joke - massive queues and one person working for flight arrivals - don't make any plans for a quick exit
