Long lines every where, at check-in, security and gates. I highly recommend to go as early as possible. When you land at Tom Bradley Terminal on a layover, after you cleared customs, go right back in to cross security. It's much faster than walking outside.
If the arrivals area is super busy when you're going to pick someone up, it's usually faster and easier to have the person meet you at the departures area instead! If you have a Priority Pass, it’s worth calling them and asking if they accept it - on Sunday, I’ve walked to every lounge that was on the list and I was turned down in every terminal.

If your Southwest flight makes a stop here, chances are you're going to be delayed.
