Opt out of the TSA X-ray machine and they'll treat you to a nice little back of the hand job.
Don't forget your headset and some good music, LAX is continuously playing music that melts your brain. One of the worst airports I've been too with Abu Dhabi...

Mobile boarding pass was amazing. No lines for check in through continental this way!

Don't tell your ride to pick you up for at least 45 minutes after you land. LAX had the worst baggage service in the world. LAPD, you wonder why there are so many cars waiting at the curb?!

Terminal 2 is on repair there's nothing much to eat, only sandwiches and soft drinks.
Good bye........ see the wall behind...jump....ride....enjoy.... that's a life....
If you're picking someone up curbside, tell them to navigate their way to the "Departure" instead of "Arrival". It's almost never crowded and the traffic cops aren't as plenty, nor pushy.
If you can help it, I'd recommend not traveling with a cat.

Basic airport...poor stores and restaurant options. Really expensive! Eat before get in here if you can and forget to buy stuff in duty free Zone
LAX is a massive time suck, so get here early and have some cocktails and Xanax to make the flight a good one!

If you're returning a rental car, give yourself additional 45 minute minutes.
The construction has completely screwed traffic. Buffer at least an extra hour just for traffic.
