Ended up in the terminal that's under construction and the place is a disaster. Loud, nowhere to sit, hard to find your gate and even more challenging to find a place to sit.
Avoid American Airlines at all costs! I will NEVER fly them ever again. Every_single_time I do, something is effed up. This time, it's taken 18 to get from Cozumel. That's right, I said COZUMEL!
Southwest does not have digital boarding pass capabilities... Give them a break, it's only 2013.
You have to go to the spaceship looking restaurant at LAX it's an icon that is in so many movies
If possible bring a carry on, picking up luggage can be rather chaotic too say the least at lax baggage claim. Just thought id provide a heads too all incoming passengers!

Not as crazy as it used to be. LAX had done a pretty good job of tempering the insanity.

If you need to use the restrooms in the Delta terminal-DON'T. They are filthy. Just hold it til you get home.
Protip: don't stop at the bottom of the stairs or end of the escalator.
For those who have pre-check and are coming to terminal 6, use the TSA check point at Terminal 7 instead. T6 currently does not offer pre-check line, as of 09/18/2013.
OkanFebruary 8, 2013In construction way too much to walk to your connection, when finished it will be ok. Nice shops though check it before fly ;)
Remember to to be excited while you travel. It makes the whole process more fun.
Save money. There's always people that are willing to give you their carts for free. Just ASK.

TSA Pre-check! Sign up, I love it, I no longer feel molested for traveling :)- Island BruinMay 29, 2019Terminal 1 has bad layout. Upscale stores where people are not going to buy, which mean long walk between gates, fighting thru crowds.
If Jetblue security at T6 is bad, you can take a short walk down to T7 security. Once you're through, there's a walkway back to the gates you'll need.
Nice lounge, but the glass served out suspiciously dirty...🤔

TSA Pre sure is faster! Security is downstairs at Door E for it.
