- Service and food/drink quality fluctuate depending on who is working. Overall I'm willing to tolerate the snooty-ness for the yummy food. Which I suppose most folks agree, but nothing changes.
- Mark CatalanoJanuary 9, 2013Staff here is extremely friendly. Try the King sandwich light on the mayo. It is excellent.

- This spot has potential. Cute spot and the sandwiches are good, but not enough to overlook the uninviting and disinterested service.
- Get the richardson with roast beef or turkey but ask for it NOT pressed. Makes the brie so much better.
- I take back my previous remark. I believe I'm done with this place. Just had the worst experience ever. I'll yelp it. I hope they either hire new, nice, competent staff - or go out of business.
- Soups are all yummy and affordable. Try the Carrot Ginger and the Pickle Soup!
- They're burritos are pretty good. The Jones will make you Jones for a Jones.

- Just stood in line for 10 minutes with one person in front of me and the line never moved. This place is always a wait for no reason.
- It's press coffee, that's why. If you're lucky you'll get the last pour.
- Food is good but service is inexplicably slow. Just waited 30 min for a single sandwich that I'd ordered ahead of time.
- Get the egg and cheese on a bagel. They steam their eggs. So good.
- This is where I buy my baguettes. Best ones in the 'hood.
- I just paid $7 for a bagel with cream cheese and an orange juice. And it took forever.
