What black magic has Danny Meyer performed to create a brunch this perfect? Order exactly this: pastry basket for the table, cacio e pepe with fat slabs of bacon for you, and an Aperol Spritz or four.

It's not surprising that the happy hour here (5-7 PM, M-F, bar) Danny Mayer's gem is fantastic. $5 wines and small bites. Do it if you're in the area.

Spectacular food. Also excellent at getting coffee on the high tops. Beware, gets very crowded in the evenings. Because it's you know, awesome.

The Roman Trattoria of the moment. Danny Meyer never ceases to amaze with stellar food and the best service standard in New York City. Peppered chicken on Arugula. So simple, so good.

Ricotta pancakes- nothing else compares. Order a starter of mozzarella with prosciutto and a basket of French pastries. Remember no tipping at Danny Meyer restaurants

A cozy (though actually quite spacious) spot for brunch. Try their soft-scrambled eggs with pecorino and black pepper! (Tip: Check out the bathroom in the hotel lobby. Very cool.)

Really amazing spot for dinner. Waiter was super helpful and the food was all interesting and we'll prepared. They'll do a lot of their pasta gluten free.

It’s expensive but the breakfast is amazingly delicious. Scrambled egg dishes based on Roman pasta classics like cacio e pepe, carbonara, etc

I ordered the suckling pig and, after having 3 more people tase it, I'm sure it tastes like chicken. Fantastic chicken, but chicken. You should probably get it just to be amazed by its chickeness.

Scrambled eggs cacio e pepe - super tasty. Maialino Contadino (poached eggs with market veg) fresh and delicious. One of the few places that that doesn't over poach their eggs.

Skip the antipasti and the Vongole. The chicken is a surprisingly good choice and the sundae and the chocolate hazelnut cake were standouts.

Breakfast is the meal that is worth the dough. Feeling naughty? Cacio e Pepe eggs. Feeling nice? Frittata. In the middle? Contadino. Coffee, always.

Love the decor and the location, but the brunch is so little and the price is triple... we had to go get something else to eat after the brunch, we probably won't go back again.
