The burger, deviled eggs, and brussels sproutchips will always be classics, but new dishes like calamari and chorizotartine are no slouch, either. Read more
As many tipsters have noted, the Brussels SproutChips are wonderful, lemony, salty, and crisp. The seasonal burrata with fava beantoast, pea pods, and tendrils is also a great dish.
here's how you do it: the baker cocktail right when you sit. start: sprout chips, chickenfried okra and/or baked oysters. main: burger + brew. dessert: a winter solstice manhattan night cap.
Start things off with a dozen oysters, progress to a Dungeness crab and rock shrimpcrepe, and seal the deal with the classic Marlowe burger. They have brunch cocktails, too. Read more
Just when we thought we couldn’t love Marlowe any more than we already did, they went and launched brunch. Try the deviled eggs, oysters, the burger, tomatobaked eggs with chickpeas, and more. Read more
Excellent brunch choice - sat at the bar and enjoyed the classic bloody called the Butcher with the MushroomArugula on Polenta with shaved parmesan - highly recommend. Exceptional service.

Marlowe's new home features cocktails with fun names like The Bull and The Sow, not to mention The Grindr, which we're sure will inspire a few awkward hookups when consumed in large enough quantities. Read more
Puccio's mix of beef with a bit of ground lamb in the patty, and the combination of cheddar cheese, bacon, and a horseradishaioli make the Marlowe Burger a damn fine burger. Read more
Have been a couple times so not dying to go back, but this is a really nice spot (with a delicious burger) right near Caltrain -- convenient for weeknight dinners with those coming up from South Bay.
This burger has become a legend in it's own time. Your mouth will begin to water as you read about what goes into this beast so don't miss out. Read more
Start with the toasted pistachios, crispy Brussels sprouts chips and don't forget to try the Marlowe Burguer - caramelized onions, cheddar & bacon followed by the best fries in the world!
The back terrace is small (2 tables of 6) & awkwardly through a few back doors but much quieter than the main room. Get the poppers, burrata, & any dessert! Fish tends to be OK. Great wine list.
Be sure to check out the newly relocated Marlowe restaurant in SoMa, which opened yesterday. Only have time for a drink? The new patio has full liquor license, which allows for cocktails. Read more
Deviled eggs, Brussel sproutchips, burrata, and poulet verde were all amazing. Great wine list and creative cocktails. Small place and it was packed - make a reservation in advance.
Ignore the abbreviated bar menu and order from the full menu, even at the bar seats. Don't fret. The "Poulet Vert" ($21) or steak frites ($29) are available to all. Read more
This place is fantastic. The brussels sproutchips, the drinks, the burgers - perfection. There’s a reason why many restaurants in town serve a “Marlowe Burger”!

Very good food but I felt the portions could have been bigger. Paying $15 for a burger & fries and there's barely any fries on the plate & the burger is delicious but small, idk if I'd return for that
You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but my eyes roll back eating the grilled Niman pork chop sitting on sugar piepumpkinmash, broccolis, harissa & mint.
The restaurant is small so opentable attempts 1-2 weeks before your desired visit are oftentimes fruitless, but if your party is small, try the bar. And the deviled eggs, b. sprout chips and burger!
Warm deviled eggs - seriously. So very cute and surprisingly tasty. Bone marrow and steak tartare are delicious. Pretty damn good hamburger. Nothing has really disappointed.
Burger was amazing as usual and the beef tartare has a nice spicy kick to it. Their mixed drinks on the menu lean on the sweeter side. Not bad or anything, just a heads up.
Good, but so loud! Cute vibe but I wish it was easier to have a conversation, the sound level was just super high. Gets packed. All the desserts were awesome.
Please order something other than just sprouts and a burger. Everything is exceptional and they do the hard things, like marrow or grilled prawns, so well.
