- Doug de WetJuly 21, 2016As many tipsters have noted, the Brussels Sprout Chips are wonderful, lemony, salty, and crisp. The seasonal burrata with fava bean toast, pea pods, and tendrils is also a great dish.
- Anuj MathurMarch 2, 2017here's how you do it: the baker cocktail right when you sit. start: sprout chips, chicken fried okra and/or baked oysters. main: burger + brew. dessert: a winter solstice manhattan night cap.
- Ms HeleneJuly 9, 2018Grapefruit brûlée with lemon curd, pistachios and mint $9, French toast soldiers $10, cod & shrimp cake Benedict $16 & veggie scramble $16. Almond latte available.

- Gaile GuevaraJanuary 6, 2019Excellent brunch choice - sat at the bar and enjoyed the classic bloody called the Butcher with the Mushroom Arugula on Polenta with shaved parmesan - highly recommend. Exceptional service.
- Kait GaissMay 13, 2016Have been a couple times so not dying to go back, but this is a really nice spot (with a delicious burger) right near Caltrain -- convenient for weeknight dinners with those coming up from South Bay.

- IzabellaJanuary 3, 2016Start with the toasted pistachios, crispy Brussels sprouts chips and don't forget to try the Marlowe Burguer - caramelized onions, cheddar & bacon followed by the best fries in the world!
- Foxxy BSeptember 22, 2017The back terrace is small (2 tables of 6) & awkwardly through a few back doors but much quieter than the main room. Get the poppers, burrata, & any dessert! Fish tends to be OK. Great wine list.
- Meredith BlechmanJune 22, 2016Deviled eggs, Brussel sprout chips, burrata, and poulet verde were all amazing. Great wine list and creative cocktails. Small place and it was packed - make a reservation in advance.
- This place is fantastic. The brussels sprout chips, the drinks, the burgers - perfection. There’s a reason why many restaurants in town serve a “Marlowe Burger”!
- Ashley RoseMarch 12, 2017The perfect place to take your on-the-trendy-side boss or parents : great cocktails and flavorful meals. I loved the chicken.
- Tasting TableAugust 13, 2014There's a little lamb added to the beef blend in the Marlowe Burger, lending a note of gamey funk; caramelized onions, sharp cheddar, bacon, and horseradish aioli take it to the next level. Read more
- Natalie MSeptember 14, 2015Very good food but I felt the portions could have been bigger. Paying $15 for a burger & fries and there's barely any fries on the plate & the burger is delicious but small, idk if I'd return for that
- Filipe FortesOctober 11, 2012Paleo options - Apps: Steak Tartare, Brussel Sprout Chips, Tuna Crudo, Bone Marrow, Salads; Mains: Tuna Conserva, Steak Frites, Wild Salmon, Pork Chops; Sides: Satueed Mushrooms, Roasted Cauliflower
- Nic NeinkenMarch 27, 2016The Marlowe Burger is amazing. The fries that go with it and the Bone Marrow are amazing sides! Enjoy the cool decor and nice interior!
- You can't go wrong with anything on the menu, but my eyes roll back eating the grilled Niman pork chop sitting on sugar pie pumpkin mash, broccolis, harissa & mint.
- Wilson Favre-DelerueOctober 2, 2017A burger whose quality is worthy I its reputation! And fabulous cocktails.
- Chi-Chi LiangMarch 30, 2013The restaurant is small so opentable attempts 1-2 weeks before your desired visit are oftentimes fruitless, but if your party is small, try the bar. And the deviled eggs, b. sprout chips and burger!
- squeaselOctober 8, 2014Warm deviled eggs - seriously. So very cute and surprisingly tasty. Bone marrow and steak tartare are delicious. Pretty damn good hamburger. Nothing has really disappointed.
- ThreedukesAugust 17, 2017Fantastic bar tending and kitchen. Mix mellow vibe with splash of old school, garnish with a sprig of hip San Francisco - stir - and enjoy.
- Stephanie YNovember 4, 2014Burger was amazing as usual and the beef tartare has a nice spicy kick to it. Their mixed drinks on the menu lean on the sweeter side. Not bad or anything, just a heads up.
- Gregory FosterJune 3, 2017The crab and shrimp egg Benedict was probably the best I've had in my life. Great service too!
- KEJune 7, 2019Good, but so loud! Cute vibe but I wish it was easier to have a conversation, the sound level was just super high. Gets packed. All the desserts were awesome.
- Lana VenturaOctober 21, 2016Deviled eggs, crispy brussels sprout and steak tartare are amazing! A must in SF for those who love fine dining!
- BommyOctober 12, 2014Warm deviled egg, marlowe burger, and anson mills polenta. Swoon. Although, it's way too loud inside and you'll have to raise your voice.
- Ashley YuehJune 5, 2014Spotted: Daniel Boulud. Recommend: baked oysters; burrata; their famous burger. Brussels sprouts chips a must if you haven't tried before.
- Elizabeth BursteinJune 4, 2016The steak tartar and the Marlowe burger are great. It's heavy so you can share it. The dessert is mediocre.
- Gwyneth Harrison-ShermoenSeptember 28, 2015Get the baker cocktail! The brussel sprout chips, burger, and fries were all great, too.
- Bikash MishraAugust 8, 2017Cozy setting, good food and great service. Try the Brussels sprout chips and the fried chicken sandwich!
- Ashley ReinerNovember 24, 2015Brunch: the Kale & Brussels Sprout caesar; the french toast soldiers (you dip them like Dunkaroos as a kid- but taste waayyyyyy better)
- Min KimDecember 28, 2014LOVE the cauliflower cheddar cheese side menu+ marlowe burger! Tastes just like regular mac and cheese, but with cauliflowers!
- Do not skip the brussel sprout chips (I hate brussel sprouts and love these!) Or deviled eggs. My favorite mains are the burger and the scallops.
- Please order something other than just sprouts and a burger. Everything is exceptional and they do the hard things, like marrow or grilled prawns, so well.
- Michael GillJanuary 20, 2017The food and service is great. Suggest to make a booking otherwise you will generally wait for a table or seats at the bar.
- Tanner ChristensenMay 28, 2016Try the deviled egg, but be warned: you won't be able to just have one. Also champagne and, of course, a burger.
- Daniel GraysonSeptember 24, 2018Ok, the burger is fantastic. But you know what? So is the goddamned polenta.
- Carlie FischerApril 26, 2018Angus Ribeye is AH-maxing! As well as Anson Mills Polenta! Many compliments to the chef!
- Brian WalshJune 11, 2016Burger and brussel sprout chips were awesome. Interesting spin on a negroni as well.
- Matt JonesJune 2, 2013Deviled eggs are epic, Poulet Vert was quite tasty - but the staff are what make this place truly awesome. Will be back!
