Another huge expat favorite. Stock up on what Peter Myers, the founder, calls “porcine perfection,” his shop’s made-fresh-every-day bangers, sausage rolls, chipolata and Scotch eggs.

The British candy bars are awesome. So are the digestive biscuits and bangers. But, the real treat is the scones. Get one with jam and cream.

Try the Cornish Pastry: The pastry has a flaky crust, fashioned so there's a wobbly ridge on the top. The stuffing is potatoes mixed with ground lamb, peas, and other vegetables.
