- Love the NU - great 'willing' staff, fair local guidance, reasonable prices on discount sites...don't book if looking for less than 45 minute commute into Manhattan, otherwise I will be back!!
- Rachel MeadowsMarch 9, 2014Awesome hotel, but we could not get the AC to work on one of the first warmer days/nights in March. Our room temp read 82 all night even though we set the AC to 65.
- Adam SigelNovember 7, 2014Funky modern hotel. Nice touches like a chalkboard in the bathroom and bunk beds in addition to the queen. Plus, Dan Cortese appeared in the welcome video on the TV!
- Elyse EstradaAugust 8, 2013I don't care what you're doing get the Camilla. Mint, chamomile, gin based cocktail that is absolutely the perfect aperitif! I'd come in just for that.
- Magnus JernDecember 7, 2014Excellent alternative to expensive and overcrowded hotels on Manhattan. 5 min away from downtown and big beautiful rooms.
- Save big when booking one of the family-friendly suites! Rent anything from cribs and baby tubs to strollers and scooters. Perfect home away from home for those traveling with the kiddos!
- Great location for shopping and dining in Brooklyn. Hip + modern rooms / lobby. Eclectic decor. Reasonably priced.
- raymondweilSeptember 6, 2011This sleek boutique hotel combines modern art with eco-friendly furniture. Use iPads and bikes to travel around DUMBO and the Brooklyn Heights. Travel as you wish and be independent now.
- Tiago RodriguesNovember 5, 2011Great hotel with clean rooms. They did a nice job sound proofing as well. Try the Manhattan at the bar.
- Brooklyn ExposedSeptember 6, 2010Nu Hotel is a modern, chic boutique hotel that we refer folk visiting Brooklyn too. Excellent location, walking distance to BK Bridge and plenty of shopping/dining options w/in walking distance. Read more

- John RJanuary 23, 2013Nice big rooms - good location - however unless you book a queen or larger beds are very small.
- This hotel is quite nice for the price (though I did book it with a special deal)...it's just off Atlantic Ave and a 5 minute walk to the subway that runs to Manhattan all the time
- Justin AnthonyJanuary 1, 2012Love the hotel art..however you can hear everything through the doors/walls of the rooms.
- nice hotel boutique with great staff & details that worth it.
- Pet friendly hotel, super clean, comfy and in DT Brooklyn. Love it.
- TinylizOctober 16, 2010The staff is amazing! Mike is awesome and will provide you with whatever you need
- Jennifer KAugust 7, 2011Great location but not impressed. Cute concept&design. Kinda of like when you bite into something that looks like its going to be delicious but then lacks flavor. Ask 4 a room that doesn't face jail.
- Tanguy CoenenDecember 9, 2009great place to stay with very confy rooms and much cheaper than hotels in manhatten.
- Vicente BarcelosOctober 1, 2011If you want to be happy stay away of this place. This is the worst hotel for somebody stays. They rip you off in the first day. Personel is rude and unprepared. Grade 1 to 0 for me is MINUS 11.
- Karina TerschJanuary 20, 2015Es gibt morgens in der Lobby ein kleines Frühstück aus Starbucks Coffee, Obst und kleinen Gebäckteilchen. Die Zimmer sind schön ruhig!
