- Check in online. Saves you a considerable amount of time.
- That claim of free wifi?? Its crap! There are 'AlwaysOn' hotspots littered all over the terminal, but they're not free! You have to pay for it! And most definitely not at cappello or piece a pizza!!

- two trip transitting here and they broke my luggage lock in both trip. beware of anything you put in it. You might lose it if you transit here. #Disappointment

- Yarn LamSeptember 25Arrive early, passport clearance is very slow for departures. On arrival, do check that your bags are still intact and locks not broken.

- Kristy AndersonAugust 28, 2013Don't bother buying non-South African chocolate @ Big5 Duty Free if you are flying to Botswana or Namibia. It's not allowed. No free wi-fi in the airport either.
- Airport parking services valet parking is cheap and they wash and vacuum your car as well.
- You can expect shocking service from passport control. Its like they doing you a favour instead of their job.

- Check that your car is properly locked. Jammers on the prowl. No, seriously.
- Pick people up at departures not arrivals, less hectic and they don't move you on while you are waiting!

- It is useful to declare your electronics with customs. I've been checked before coming back in. Or perhaps it is coz of way I look?
- Piece @ Pizza near Cappellos & international boarding gates has free wi-fi & alright pizza slices
- The complementary WiFi AlwaysOn is only 50MB or 30 mns ;(
- Get a voyager credit card, then you get to use business class check-in which is much quicker
