- James AndersonAugust 24, 2014Looks shabby from the outside, but very plush on the inside. Extremely friendly staff and luxurious rooms. Would highly recommend for somewhere central to stay in SF.
- A wonderful caring staff and a great hotel. We have been staying here for many years now and love it more each year. The people are wonderful and are always willing to help in any way they can.
- Christina LiSeptember 5, 2011Great location close to BART and muni lines and fabulous shopping. Hotel can be loud with street noise (and we're from NYC!!)- but they give out earplugs in the rooms....get a high floor if you can.
- MuratMay 21, 2019Great location for both business and leisure. Close to Moscone and many touristic/shopping areas. Cablecar station is 3min walk away. Rooms are descent and clean. 4th/business floor is very efficient.
- Chris CiacciaApril 9, 2013Very good room, stayed in an executive suite while I was there. The room service was good, but the choices were limited. Would definitely recommend experiencing SF's outside cuisine first.
- All the shopping is just below hotel, it's so convenient that u can head bk to put ur stuff & go bk down to continue ur 2nd round of shopping. Love their beds n big tv...
- Fantastic hotel. Higher priced rooms are very large with a great view if on a high floor. WiFi was stable on 25th and free if you ask nicely at check-in.
- The hotel is ginormous. The staff are okay. The fridge in our room was leaking and the hotel didn't send anyone to look at it when we told them. The room is beautiful - spacious and comfortable.
- Ashleigh GardnerJanuary 2, 2016Reasonably priced hotel with great views in downtown San Francisco. Give yourself lots of time to get out in the morning as the elevators are slow and packed.
- Adrian LeungDecember 1, 2019I love the wireless charger bedside and that should be a must for every hotel’s
- Goan PaoJuly 2, 2012Love the location, close to all the shopping. Even closer to transportation, the mini and cable cars are around the corner. Bakery next door has decent breakfast.
- Very clean and spacious rooms. Very friendly staff and a very good security team for your stay.
- Bryan IsbellOctober 10, 2012Nice hotel when staying on corporate dime (room had wifi & breakfast included. 25th and 29th floor). Not so much on person dime (went cheap and noticed the difference - 9th floor). Overall good hotel.
- Lauren CarrollDecember 16, 2017Great location, comfortable bed, nice clean room. Also has a fridge which is a great bonus
- Mason McCoyMay 19, 2016I had a good stay overall. Within walking distance to many attractions and well maintained. Expect lots of tourists.
- Parc 55October 5, 2012Watch the Wild Card Playoff Games in our cityhouse lounge!!! Happy hour 3pm-7pm buy one get one 55% off drinks and bar bites.
- Kassandra BarnesMay 17, 2013Most uncomfortable hotel bed ever - and the street noises?! How do you now have sound proof windows? Even NYC is quieter (was awoken by gun shots and sirens last night). gym is amazing though!
- Desiree VJune 30, 2014Top floor is a 10! Let them turn down your bed and find a chocolate on your pillow.
- AD NysFebruary 24, 2016Location, location. Location. (nothing else to brag about!) Ask for a corner room.
- Paul TeddyJune 18, 2013Reasonably priced hotel in the heart of the city. Room was nice, but you could hear everything outside (and I was on the 25th floor)!
- Rooms are clean, and spacious. Hotel staff is attentive. Only hotel we stay at in the city.
- Ask to stay in room 01 on any floor. Best view in the place!
- KatMay 1, 2011The location of this hotel is great. Near the BART station & just a short walk from Union Square. Some rooms also have a beautiful view of city hall.
- Did you know that the Parc 55 offers special rates for facebook & twitter fans on their FB promo page? We also do special giveaways for both sites too!! Follow us to be a part of the fun and deals!
- Bob EvermoreJune 20, 2013Coldstone Creamery is just around the corner. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Surprised at how noisy it was even on 19th floor. Pleasant experience all around.
- Yuri VictorSeptember 16, 2013DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED INTERNET. The Internet is so slow Jesus laughed, waited 2,000 years, came back to Earth, threw an apocalypse and google still hasn't loaded.
- Decent location for Moscone rooms a bit dated as a whole it could use refresh but comfortable in general and near access a bit close to the all night noise part of town
- youngsup shinDecember 4, 2014True that the window amplifies street noise, but the gym was quite useful. Hard to find an alternative in the middle of the city these days
- Ilya KuznetsovMarch 30, 2018The TV with Alcatraz movies and the sofa right next to it was our favorite spot to chill after a long workday.
- Lindsey LApril 7, 2014The fact that people have been complaining about the wifi since 2010 says a lot about the entire experience.
- The Golden Apple cocktail is worth a try. Makers, cinnamon rim and some other stuff.
- Steve SaundersDecember 17, 2015A great new Hilton property. We'll be back. Very convenient to Union Square area.
- Fernando BrodeschiAugust 18, 2013Great customer service. Due to a problem in our room they gave us complementary Internet and a $25 coupon for the restaurant.
- Hotel TonightApril 5, 2011Logan's Run-style architecture has retro-futuristic vibe. We recently threw a party in this downtown hotel and our guests were impressed. Great spot!
- Want a late night snack but an entree feels like too much? The buffalo chicken nugs and the pot stickers pair really well together. Bon Appetit!
- Dan SohaydaAugust 30, 2013The tips about street noise in the rooms are no joke. The complimentary ear plugs are a must, even on the 19th floor.
- Carolyn Adelman HicksMarch 20, 2014Hotel registration always has a line. Plan on waiting. Continental breakfas?Have your room number available or be prepared to pay. Staff will track you down for your $, and are not friendly.
- Daniela CapistranoMay 13, 2013Grubhub.com delivery folks often try to get you to the lobby or even outside! Don't fall for it. Insist they come to your room & they will+note that requirement in your order notes to avoid conflict.
- AD NysFebruary 25, 2016Only one word describes this tired hotel: beige. No room service, no minibar. If you get stuck here, you'll want to be in and out as fast as possible.
- Lauren DrogosJanuary 24, 2013I ordered a fountain diet coke to my room because I didn't have cash for the soda machine. They brought me a pitcher and charged me $19.25. I would complain more here about the hotel if I had room to.
- Jennie McFarlingSeptember 18, 2011Dont stay here if you want a quiet room. Husband and I here on vaca and they gave us a room w/ 2.double beds. Effed up reservations. They had us coming in the day before we got here & leaving early
- Vinicius VacantiSeptember 24, 2011go one block west on Ellis and overnight parking is $25 (it's $48 at the hotel)
- Psst. Pretend you filled out a survey for complimentary in-room internet and they'll probably give you a free upgrade.
- On the 25th floor no noise nice view. Hotel location is awesome for cable car, BART, shopping + dining.
