- Yuri VictorSeptember 16, 2013DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU NEED INTERNET. The Internet is so bad I posted this from my StarTac flip phone on a modem. I hope someone sees this in the future.
- Tara AndersonMay 10, 2013Beautiful hotel! We had a room with a view on the 23rd floor! Staff was so friendly and upgraded us because it was my birthday. Water in room is SUPER hot so be careful! Shower pressure is stellar!
- Jenny JKSeptember 28, 2013Hotel's seriously old, dirty, noisy, crappy, with no minibar! Definitely overpriced for what it is. Concierge is rude and very very slow! Concierge is also always busy-maybe w ppl complaining!!!
- Great hotel!!! Stayed for Gay Pride and had an excellent time!!!
- Ashley BrookeOctober 10, 2014Ewwwwwww worst hotel in sf. No room service? Tiny rooms. Pitiful bar. I'm embarrassed to say I've been here
- Hotel wifi is horrible unless most guests are out or sleeping. Don't bother paying for the citi-net options - they're not much better. Try one of the cafes nearby.
- ThaddeusAugust 23, 2012Go for your honeymoon if you're in the area. They upgraded us to a suite on the top floor the two nights we were there. Everyone was simply lovely and the view was amazing.
- Yossi LazaroffAugust 16, 2011Parking for hotel guests is over $55. Rip off. Park around the black for $25. They should treat the guests with some parking.
- Crappy WiFi, Continental Breakfast is just ridiculous. Everything else is quite good. Excellent location.
- Tanuj ParikhNovember 14, 2012Very slow wifi, assuming you can even connect. And you're willing to pay.
- Despite the discount for SQ crew, the breakfast could have been better.....
- Close the vents at the bottom of the windows to keep out the noise from the street below.
- Wired Internet (cable in drawer of TV cabinet) has fine performance here.
- Suzanne SkaffJuly 21, 2010Pictures on their site were way more impressive than the hotel. Says they have all day room service and was on hold for 30 minutes before I had to call the operator for them to tell me they don't open
- don't bother paying for the basic wifi. can barely handle sending/receiving emails
- The WiFi here is Really Awful, Either keep getting DisConnected or Unable to Join the WiFi, very Disappointing for the Price of 14,99 USD :(
- Amy GarriganSeptember 7, 2011What the heck do they need a $300 deposit for? There isn't even a mini bar or fridge in my room. No free wifi, really, really excelling at mediocrity!!!
- george matthesApril 22, 2010Grab and go breakfast bar is NOT free. Pay at the counter in the restaurant.
- Lindsey Schroeder-GarzoniSeptember 19, 2010AWESOME HOTEL!! i fell asleep in the bed within 2 minutes
