TDecember 14, 2016Typically stay in SPG properties (all ranges) and was pretty disappointed at how old/shabby this was compared to the $$$
Good: Location, BART accessibility, clean, nice-smelling toiletries, comfy couches.- "Go West, Young Man!" does not apply to this location, especially after dark, unless you're prepared to run. It'll be an adventure though.
I've been here a dozen times and just found a Thai place on second floor. Random!

Jennie McFarlingSeptember 18, 2011Effed up our reservations. Like in 1 room tonight with double beds and move in the morning. Had us arriving a.d leaving on the wrong day.
Don't plan on unpacking too much clothing. Closet and drawer space is exceedingly limited. Must not be used to people staying longer than 2 days...
Best view in the city!!! I think I'm going to consider becoming a resident here.

Thai food is authentic is delicious. Friendly staff. Yum
The earplugs provided in the room are a necessity. The windows seem to magically amplify street noise from 20 stories below.
Rooms are decent sized, but hotel is run down for the price. Good location.
