Steve BullOctober 5, 2013Between planes do not stop to rest between gates A and B between flights. US Airways closed the gate in my face 9 minutes before takeoff. If you are reading this you probably missed your connection.
One of my favorite restaurants, Barrio Cafe, is now at Terminal 4 in the D gates.

All of the gates in terminal 4 connect so if one line is too long at a gate hit another. The walk may be long, but better than standing there!
Pays to give up your seat on southwest. Free baileys and coffee the whole way!!!
Come early to check in during March. Spring Training and Spring Break bring out the crowds and long lines.

RCDecember 25, 2016Oh. My. Goodness. DO NOT fly in here from an international destination. Waited on the plane for an open gate for 40 minutes. Also, it's at least a half mile from international terminal to A gates.

This place (Terminal A) is a madhouse - mind your step, someone may run over your foot or bonk you off balance. PHX Term A is cramped and crowded.
It's weird that all the food stuff is in the middle pre-security. I was hoping to grab a nice bite in Terminal 4 but there was just a bar and like turkey and swiss sandwiches by gate 23 :(
Love this airport~!!! Just look out the windows at the beautiful desert, especially Camel Back~!!!
Don't stand right next to the baggage claim while waiting for your bag, you're blocking everyone who actually sees their bag and needs to pick it up. I'll throw elbows!

Sung won LimJune 14, 2011United Airways tend to shuffle gates around at the last minute, and airport wings don't have enough notice boards. Make sure to keep on top of the schedule.

Jenn HoltSeptember 21, 2013The tsa security check points are pretty unorganized You get in line to put your stuff in the bins, then you have to wait with it to push it through, then you get back in line to be screened. Stupid.
Enjoy delicious breakfast at La Grande Orange. Just passed security check point D.. Amazing food & good vibes on the radio!

Free Wifi (pronounced wiffee) here at PHX. Make sure to take advantage of it before there's free Wifi everywhere.
Be prepared to walk in this airport! No bus or train! Take advantage of the moving sidewalks!

Terminal 3 is worse than the surrounding Arizona desert. Buy anything you need or want before even arriving to airport. Nothing here but a newsstand and one dumpy restaurant. Not even a coffee shop.
