- Great coffee and espresso drinks, tasty pastries, yummy food (oatmeal, egg in an island, sandwiches!), and a friendly staff make this a favorite of mine
- Great coffee, the protein guacamole sandwich is my favorite. Cozy up in the back to do work on the free WiFi - or play some of the in-house board games!
- Carlos SalazarJune 15, 2016The Lord Vader is such a treat for a morning coffee. Delicious, energizing. Very good place, plus they accept the Cups app--get one free drink, and save $10 with code i183r

- Nicholas DoyleJanuary 24, 2013Specialty coffee concoctions, single origins, friendly staff, great music and a relaxed vibe make this well rounded spot a great stop no matter your craving.
- DoubleDeuceNovember 18, 2014A youthful & seemingly typical rebellious vibe typical of a rich kid refusing to live near his or her parents but still keep that family income close...but who cares? I'm happy to enjoy the setting!
- Cory ForsythApril 29, 2016Pretty good avocado toast. take it to go and eat along the waterfront. Spend as little time as possible with the disapproving, unfriendly waitstaff.
- Matt DohertySeptember 18, 2012A lot of coffee shops in Williamsburg are auto-pretentious. This one isn't. They also have homemade poptarts, it makes being 26 feel like you're 6 again.
- Serious EatsAugust 13, 2013College-town feel in a Williamsburg condo building, this self-roasting cafe also sells beer and sweatpants.
- Mish and RobJune 10, 2015What's with the servers here?! They're all so darn rude. But the space is lovely and it's open until 9pm. We haven't tried any of the crazy coffee concoctions, but they sound good.
- grrr obyNovember 14, 2016Lord Vader is great combined with a cliffhanger , good start for Monday morning.
- Brian Grogan Jr.February 28, 2016Good coffee, great breakfast sandwiches, wifi, and an aged, rustic-style interior.
- Best coffee shop in the neighborhood to get some work done and not get overrun by vagrants.
- Frank DieboldSeptember 27, 2014Good seating inside and out. Strong breakfast/lunch menu in addition to good coffee.
- Gabs SDecember 7, 2012Yammy Sammy. Never have I loved a sandwich more. They recreate the taste of a gooey grilled cheese without the cheese. Yummmmm!
- Eda KaplanMarch 3, 2017Great place to study/work. Quiet, has WiFi that works well, has outlets, and delicious bites.
- Samantha JoMarch 22, 2015I passionately dislike this place but I come here out of convenience. He employees are usually very unfriendly. Good food, good coffee, nice set up/decor/ambiance, they just need to improve service.
- Marcel FelderDecember 17, 2016Watched soccer there this morning. Nice people and fantastic smoothies!
- Susie YinJune 12, 2016Chaivans could use a tad more coffee, but they're interesting. Get Lord Vader if you like bitter, intense coffee
- The regular size cold brew will get you caffeinated & amped up. The large will let you walk on the East River.
- Come on Thursday and be overwhelmed by mom's and their babies that take over the entire place.
- I love me some amazeballs with a large cold brew!
- Carrot CreativeJanuary 28, 2013The veggie sammie is a delight! Bring one back to DUMBO for us (please).
- Pam ☕️ OMay 25, 2015Cute name but their espresso isn't great. Macchiato was not dialed in and had no complexity early in the morning.
- John GluszakOctober 25, 2014The fast wifi is great, and makes up for the terrible service. Waiting 10 to 15 minutes for your drink is not uncommon (even during slow times).
