Witek BartnikJuly 17, 2013This museum is absurd. Watch out for: elevators taking you out of the museum,divided floors forcing you to double back a few condignations, one-way doorways and so on. Veermer is very nice though.

Forget about getting an audio tour: just download the Rijksmuseum app for Android and iPhone. It not only gives you more in-depth commentary, but also allows you to bookmark things you like.

- Avoid the crowds: Buy a ticket online. Go at 8:45am. Immediately walk up to the Nachtwacht, then the great hall behind it, then the west wing, then down.
