Servers are fantastic - so nice and conversational. On top of that, the food is unreal. I recommend the Knish Pot Pie with a Goose Island 312.

The "Reason for Rye" is the reason you should come here. It's corned beef with chopped liver, red onion & spicy mustard. They've also got a full bar and 8 craft taps including Flat Earth Cygnus X-1. Read more

Order the challah french toast, a near dessert-like experience, with a lush, custard-y interior and a bronze crunch on the outside, finished with a maple syrup and local Hope Creamery butter. Read more

They make everything from scratch, including matzo ball soup and bourscht, hand-carved pastrami and a variety of freshly baked breads and knishes. Also bike parking in the front and back. Read more

Behind the bar, Jacob, is the coolest. Bubbi would love the cheese curds, as long as she didn't keep kosher. Cheese cake ain't bad.

Deli debris is yummy! Day old bagels sliced & toasted, pastrami, celery, cheese, peppers. Like nachos. Nomnomnomnom!

Drink of the week: Rye's signature Shtetl Bunny is Slivovitz, the oft-maligned Eastern European brandy made by fermenting crushed plums and their pits.

Very disappointed in this place. I went in there my friend and we asked the bartender for a recommendation. He didn't recommend any foods or special drinks just - "Yeah, here is our happy hour list".
