My mom might call this place, "that Victorian brothel", but I like to call it, "the bar with the great lunch special and the nice whiskey list."
The clientele can be frat-boy-pretentious, but the bartenders are lovely and the snacks are nice and weird.
If it's not too cold, order from the bar and head to the back patio. If it is too cold, go somewhere else.
