This is more close to china northen noddle flavor. Southern china has limited noddle history, they feed rice mostly. Be noticed: its noddle not mi fen.

I tried the lamb Hui Mei. The noodles were good, but I wouldn't recommend the lamb. If I go back ill try the chicken.
