Their ramen bowl is simple, yet rich in flavor. Didn't like their gyoza though. You can get a noodle refill (ask for "kaedama") if you want more.

やや水っぽいか？のか、(まずくはないが)スープ飲んだ後に印象に残る一発目が来ない。塩ラーメン = 味覚に敏感な人が分かる味 = (肉だけじゃなく)新鮮な野菜も使ってる = 健康的みたいな～、客が塩ラーメンに対していだく典型的なステレオタイプを演出しすぎて丼の中で味が空中分解しちゃった感を感じるので自分的には×。

あっさり系だけど、味は結構しっかりしている。食べやすくで、麺と合うスープが印象的でした。
