Arrive at least an hour before your appt so u can enjoy the jacuzzi, sauna, and steam rooms. The Solarium is a gr8 place to read, the quiet room is the perfect place for a nap.

Book Drea for great facials and excellent advice w/o an upsell of the house products. Ask for samples of the recommended products so u can try before u buy.

Worth the trip to SoCal alone to visit BW's Spa...The facilities are exceptional and I love the comfy robes. My second favorite place on the planet after Wrigley Field!!
