Very nice and tasty fried dumpling, it's good to taste it hot :) other Yong tau fu is 1.10 ringgit per pcs, it's pricey a little bit but portion is big and ingredient is fresh, still worth for it
The Original Ampang Yong Tau Foo. Authentic Hakka. Generously sized & very fresh. Love the Bitergord & Fried Sui Kow (meat dumplings). Order at counter with table number. Closed on Tuesdays.
Best fried sui kow! They announce the orders to the kitchen over the PA system - a practice passed thru generations. Only difference is they used to speak in Hakka, now it's in Cantonese. Very quaint!
Order at the counter, the pieces you want. Your order comes with soup. Sauce available on table in squeeze bottle as you desire. Service was quick and efficient.
Restoren Foong Foong in Ampang New Village is by far one of the most popular Yong Tau Foo shop along Jalan Ampang. Don't miss their deep-fried dumpling!
Order from the counter and the items will then be fried on the spot. They are priced at RM1.20 per piece now. Service is fuss drew and food are served pretty fast, even though the place is packed.
Fried yong tofu very gd!! You all should try nice hong kong traditional dimsum place along the same street jalan besar. Heng Fatt, that was reopened after many years.
It's 90cents/piece now. Use to be 30cents back then. Try O&S Restaurant of you're living in PJ area. It's way cheaper & equivalent standard as this shop. :)
Have patronised them from childhood.Original yong tau foo is not eaten with rice . Place your food order at the cashier . Old lady helpers will ask you how much rice and drinks you have ordered.
Came all the way here today 12/12 Wed but closed! Who's the smart aleck who said its closed on Tuesday? No choice went next door Orchard View. The YTF & the soup and dipping sauces not nice at all!
