- Big and clean. To get an Uber you need to get across the street and it might be a bit confusing but everyone will help you out.

- Andrea Bravo BaladoSeptember 3, 2012Next time you arrive to Amsterdam Schiphol Airport and want to take a bus, first look at the screens with info right in front of exit doors. You'll save a lot of walking looking for your bus number!
- Denise SMarch 9, 2019I like this airport very much. Prices are better than in others, there are many choices if you need to wait long time.
- Take the train, located right under the airport. Buy your ticket in the big Schiphol plaza. Quite reliable, 10 minutes to amsterdam central, 17 to Leiden CS, 30 to Den Haag, take Fyra to Rotterdam.
- For lunch buy a freshly baked roll in the bakery section and a warm meatball in the butcher's section in the the Food Village Supermarket behind Starbucks for one of the best meatball sandwiches.

- Huge airport, we’ll laid out for being an international hub. Some of the gates are far removed from restrooms & food courts so plan ahead.
- This is a big airport so going to the baggage hall and arrival hall can take minutes. Also, picking up your baggage can take time because 3 flights share one conveyor belt.
- One of the best airports in Europe if not the best. Pretty well connected with any city in the country
- KathleenSeptember 14, 2013Go upstairs toward the lounges and follow signs to Mediation Area. There are lounge chairs you can sit in and put your feet up. Also, nicer toilets I'll here near BA lounge and showers.
- Offers 1 hour free wifi + the famous "folan el folany u r delaying the flight, immediate boarding plz at gate X".. This is perhaps the second largest hub for transit flights i've seen after Heathrow
- When you landed and feel too tired for public transport i recommend to go upstairs to departures 3 and take a cab from there. The fare price will be 10% off.
- The train to Rotterdam only takes 25 minutes and rides 5/hour if you want to experience something different from Amsterdam

- Main airport in the Netherlands. Huge amount of shops and bars present so you won't get bored easily. Never lose sight of your belongings since pickpockets are near.

- Humble people..even sometimes security hold u in immigration office for a while to those who doenst have any invitation letter..just tell them that ur visit for vacation..hehheh..
- At first it's not easy to get around, but with time you get used to it. Connection to Amsterdam is great!
- In a rush to make a connection - security screening has gotten more intense here. Take every cable, anything remotely "electronic" and any and all containers or they will completely search your bags.

- Instead of doing a couple extra flights to get higher status, get a Privilum pass. It’ll get you lots of the perks of having status with an airline for the cost of a single flight.
- The best SkyTeam airport so far. Far better than CDG, so better to have Schiphol for your intercontinental connections.

- If landing here early and there’s a long line to get through passport control, go to the Starbucks or a food shop and the line will be gone by the time you’ve gotten your food.
