- It's a decent airport. Probably could use an update. Gets me where I'm going
- Print your boarding pass - the mobile scanner at security (that's right, scanner, not scanners) is always down due to dead batteries... Way to go TSA..
- Try the Green Turtle in Concourse D, foods pretty Good!
- Every airport should have an easy Amtrak connection. Thanks, BWI!
- If you are stuck in security at gate a or b skip over to C it is usually lighter.
- Pay attention to the parking lot buses. Each one only goes to one lot, so get on the right one.
- When flying southwest on a or b terminals check security at c gate. Almost no line and it connects to a&b
- Check in to security downstairs adjacent to the baggage claim...much faster.
- Zona Mexican grill in Southwest concourse has the best breakfast burritos.
- If your gate is in the D36-47 area, be sure to hike in whatever refreshments and such with you...kinda isolated out here.
- Most inconvenient car rental location, make extra time when dropping off!
- Duclaws outside security is good for a pre-flight beer.

- If you're flying Southwest use the downstairs security near the baggage claim. Much faster.
- The new Airtran terminal is great!! More space & better food options.
- Starbucks in pre-security, which makes it useless. Only coffee in Terminal C is Potbelly.
- For AA flights you can check a bag up to 30 minutes prior to your departure

- Allyson WilsonApril 6, 2012Super shuttle is such a great, economical way to get home to DC from the airport.
- Not a ton of food options in concourse C, so grab something before heading to your gate.
- If you're flying out of A terminal, there's an additional security downstairs near baggage claim. Lines are much shorter!
- For the first time since I can remember we didn't have to wait for our bags at baggage claim!
- If you are in the Southwest terminal check out Obryki's for great crabcakes
- Free wifi if you can wait half an hour for it to open and watch the obligatory commercial. Seriously, and do it again if you change gate locations. Worst airport wifi ever.
- If transfering to the train after a flight. Don't run for it if there are two sitting at the station. More then likely one just arrived.
- For Southwest, use Curbside Check In. They have really improved it and there are much shorter lines.
- Delta Pre-check is cool. You don't need to take off shoes!

- Chesapeake bay roasting co. in concourse D has great coffee and reasonably cheap
