Fun staff and chill vibes. Baos are average size (meaning small), but delicious and pricey. $4.05+tax for 1 Mr. chairman bao

Solid cheap eats. Tasty buns and good pork rice. Fills the price void below Momofuku. High quality fast food (tho sometimes, not so fast)

The bao with slow braised beef was tender and juicy and the one with deep-fried tofu was awesome too. Around $3 to $3.50 each. Bargain!

Best food I've had in a damn long time, and damn cheap too. If you can make it past the Grade Pending sign, you're in for a treat. I'm certainly glad I made it through!

Get the Uncle Jesse if you're not in the mood for meat. The jelly lemonade drink is a fun twist if you are into quirky drinks like bubble tea.

Birdhouse and Chairman are great! Only gripe is that the Baos are expensive for how little they are.

Really liked the Chairman Bao and it's a great traditional taste. Didn't enjoy the oyster because the bun overshadows the oyster flavor.
