Baby back ribs are great! One rack is enough for two people. Order two sides: french fries and blue cheese with bacon dip sauce and it will be perfect!

Reputation was that this was going to be king of NY BBQs. Not even close. Flavors are good, but brisket was dried out. Only sauce is sweet/molassessy. It's an alright place but nowhere near the top.

Blue Smoke's baby back ribs are comparable to those you would get at Apple Bees; only difference being that they only give you a quarter rack.
