Mixed review. The A/C didn't work at all. Our room never got below 75 so they comped our room and gave us breakfast vouchers. Walls were very thin. Loved the location and history of the hotel.
They call a tiny room with only one double bed "comfortable for two adults" and told me it's their standard room. Is the standard for super skinny people in Africa?
If you are claustrophobic this is not the hotel for you to stay in.... The rooms are the size of a chicken coop.. Don't get me started on the size of the bathrooms...Smh!!! My least favorite hotel.
$10.45 per day for wired Internet in your room and wireless only in the lobby = fail. Otherwise a nice place to stay. They even offered to bring a fridge to our room.
Want a good run? Hang a right to Comm Ave, a left to the Mass Ave Bridge, a right on the bridge, a left on Mass 3A to the BU Bridge, a left onto Comm Ave, all the way down to Arlington, back to the ho
The air conditioning at this hotel is almost pointless during the summer. Our rooms never got any colder, they just kept warming up. They updated the thermostats, but the coolers are weak.
Historical yes but not up to par. Room was cold with temperature at 84 which felt like 62. Call about get issue and draft from windows and they bring me a portable heater wtf !!
Clean rooms, pool, fancy lobby. Small room, old tv, small beds. Rooms don't have wifi and the wired Internet is +$10. If your a business person, bring your own.
Stay somewhere else! Nice lobby but 30 mins to check in. For $235 + tax a night I am in an incredibly small room - AC that does not work properly - and a window that is barely the width of the TV.
Many rooms are tiny, even after recent renovations. The updated lobby ruined all of the grand character this hotel had and turned it into a joke. What a shame.
The historic charm and contemporary elegance of the iconic Boston Park Plaza awaits. The cherished Boston landmark hotel has been fully restored and reimagined through a $100 million renovation.
