- Viviana GutierrezAugust 5, 2016Cupcakes and bread are ok. The "speciality" are waffles but they were not baking them "at this time". Aweful baristas, not a pinch of kindness with customers, I recommend the cupcakes to go.
- A great place to go if you're having an existential crisis, since the verdict will probably be... No, you don't exist.
- Andreas HunzikerJanuary 22, 2014Huge space and plenty of tables to get some work done. If only the internet would be faster/working.
- Kevin BlackmanMarch 25, 2012Great cafe, free private cafe wifi, convenient power along the counters! Luv it! Oh, and coffee's good too ..;-)
- Matt TaylorApril 17, 2014Grab a seat at one of the large tables, the smaller ones aren't great for working.
- Brian MichaelOctober 29, 2012Sit in the library in the back and regale other academics with your thoughts on the most recent episode of "Downton Abbey"
- Julia ScariotJanuary 27, 2013Loved it! You should get anything in the menu. Everything is delicious. Starbucks no more :)

- Jenn AndrewsFebruary 17, 2013Get a table in the back room of the caffe. Better lighting and cozier ambiance than the scene upstairs.
- Shawn PaustianSeptember 22, 2013Really nice place with delicious drinks. I'm personally fond of the simple iced tea sweetened.
- Pete D.June 8, 2013The banana walnut honey bread was insanely good. It was not drowned in syrup. Just perfect.
- Matthew CaldecuttJuly 19, 2015Plenty of seating and useful wi-fi if you need to get caffeinated and catch up on work.
- The food is not great for how much it costs, but the ambiance is fantastic. On a weekday afternoon, lots of space to sit and work.
- JessicaMarch 10, 2015Very much like the cafes in Korea, good place to get some stuff done in their wide open place

- Josh AndersonAugust 16, 2014Not for everybody, but the misugaru lattes are definitely worth trying. Sort of a thick sweet nutty coffee alternative.
- Scott BloomFebruary 4, 2012Best chocolate gelato, best cappuccino, and the waffle with egg salad is unbelievable!

- Adam AveraySeptember 16, 2014Here with a laptop? Sit upstairs if you need wifi – the signal won't reach the downstairs library reliably.
- Jacky CJune 27, 2013Probably the only place I like near Times Square. Feels more like a library than a coffee shop.
- Nadia MalikSeptember 18, 2016Sub par. The pistachio dipped waffle was what I've been dreaming of. But the Broken waffle machine was inexcusable. Staff was inattentive.
- Baristas have attitude. Tell you one thing then call you a liar when you call them on it. Great coffee if you can put up with the attitude.
- YOU get a forgotten order! And YOU get a forgotten order! Everyone gets a forgotten order!
- The MaharlikansApril 13, 2012Waffles are amazing! Kinda worth the price. Chewy, sweet, warm and amaze!
- Nigel HuckleFebruary 18, 2013"Red Velvet Latte"... You can't call something a latte if there's no espresso in it.
- Alan WongFebruary 21, 2012There is like $6 worth of goat cheese in the goat cheese and peach waffle, now that's value.
- Yousef GoefukMay 25, 2012Waffles are good, but a little small. They are packed to go, which is nice. Staff is friendly but they want you to order quickly.
