Brian NewmanJuly 8, 2012Absolutely the worst customer service of any coffee shop in America. Great coffe, but you've never seen so many staff do so little, so slowly. Manager must be the biggest a hole on the planet.
MaryannDecember 9, 2012I always used to go for their misugaru shake but I've never experienced such horrible staff service. Out of the 6 times I went this summer, they screwed up 4x. Haven't stepped inside since.

Have never seen so many people achieve so little. Definitly no express in this expresso...

Penny SunAugust 17, 2014The worst coffee shop! Terrible service and overpriced! WiFi sucks here! Very difficult connected to WiFi and extremely slow! If you just wanna find a place to sit or study, this place might suit you.
