- Melissa AucoinAugust 7, 2014My first aged steak ... absolutely delicious. I would come back here in a second. (And the seafood tower was pretty good! I'm spoiled with super fresh seafood in boston tho)
- Len VachaJuly 19, 2014You do taste the notes of blue cheese in the 55 day aged bone in ribeye. The bacon on a stick, more appropriately named pork belly on a stick, was also the epitome of smoky sweet goodness.
- Omg. The 55 day dry aged steak was undoubtably the best steak I've ever tasted in my life. And they even have a 75 day old! The mac&cheese was amazing. And the bread puffs. This place is so worth it.

- Adam LaiacanoJanuary 2, 2015Surprisingly good cocktail program here, including some barrel aged. You've never had anything like the Petit Confit (whistlepig, absinthe, duck infused white wine).
- John KAugust 17, 2015In town on business and instead of fighting traffic back to Rosemont at rush hour decided on dinner @ David Burke's. 50-day Rib Eye was excellent but I still prefer Gibson's! Mac n Cheese was great!
- Kevin SanchezOctober 20, 2013The bacon for appetizer was delicious!! Also love the cheesecake for dessert. Of you have a lot of guests and not enough room in your belly, these bite size cheesecakes are perfect.

- Kevin TriskettDecember 4, 2011The best meal I've ever eaten. The surf and turf dumplings (especially the jerk pork) were the perfect appetizer. The dry aged steak has such a distinct flavor. Tour the freezer after dinner!
- Kate CerriAugust 14, 2011Excellent steak and sides. Don't forget to check in and show the waiter for a free appetizer. It was so incredible that it is almost unbelievable. Use the sommelier to make your wine selection!
- Jack SchnellAugust 10, 2014The food is good here, but I wouldn't say this is the best steak house in the Midwest. Copper rock has cheaper steaks that blow this place's steaks out of the water! Staff wears jeans..looks so tacky
- Rebecca MaldonadoOctober 6, 2014I'm still drooling over their red velvet cake in a can. You have to order it at the start of the meal because it takes about 40 minutes. It's worth the wait.

- Pete JohnsonOctober 26, 2013I found the 75 day aged ribeye disappointing. Tough, not particularly flavorful. Awesome Caesar, sides, muffins, service, wines.
