"Stamina" Ramen. Chicken-soy sauce-chili broth, shrimp paste, chicken chashu, onion, napa cabbage, garlic chives. Insanely good.

Loved this place but after the ramen heatmap was published in September 2013- lines are insane, quality took a nosedive, and dinner hostess is absolutely infuriating

The ramen broth, like the Caucasian waitress with the Japanese accent, is surprisingly savory. 🍜🍱🎌

Noodles are good but broths are lackluster, salty, and leave more to be desired. Spicy Miso ramen was among the better ones. Good selection of hitichino beer.

Nikumen Beef ramen & Ganso shoyu both pretty good. Gyoza kinda whatever. Would come back again but still rank Chuko higher

Upper end of the price range for Ramen and it does get very crowded and scene-y, but the quality of food is very good

Spicy Miso was good. I don't get the ramen hype, but the appetizers stole the show for me. Gyoza, Shumai and the WINGS. OH GOD THE WINGS!

The spicy miso is solid. I found the broth too salty which almost never happens for me elsewhere but the flavors and heat were good.
