- Everything closes after the security checkpoint at 11 PM. Except for $3 vending machines at Gate C. Oh and the stupid slot machines and Best Buy vending machines.

- Pack the Raybans and sunscreen because you're gonna need em here year-round. Have fun kids.
- If you just need to print your boarding pass, you don't need to find your airline counter, the kiosks by the entrance can print for multiple airlines

- If you can't afford to go to the Spearmint Rhino. Just head down to the TSA pat down area at Airport Security. That's close enough to soft porn. ;)

- Use the Executive Las Vegas shuttle to get in and out of the Strip. Only $6 each way. Great deal!
- If you're on a red eye flight... Eat BEFORE you get to the airport as options are limited/closed after 10pm.

- There is a Jersey Mike's here. It's the freshest food you'll find within the terminal
- Slot machines are very annoying. But plenty of great places to eat. Probably the best is Pei Wei at gate C19.
- If it's costing you more than $15 to go to the Strip during a busy time of day, you're paying too much.
- The shirt with the words "bitch" and "kill" is probably not the best style choice for getting through TSA hassle free

- Remember FaceBook and Vegas may not be the best of combinations. Drink responsibly find a sober and designated FaceBook poster. Don't drink and FB!
- TSA pre-check. Fast! Earn your way to acquire it. Gambling. I always win a few bucks here. Weird
- The best and worst feelings are felt at this airport...usually within days of each other. Enjoy.

- It got a new name, but most ppl still call it the old one, including the signs .
- Wear comfortable footwear that's easy to slip-on/slip-off at the security checkpoint. Avoids the rise in blood pressure. ;)
- David CaseyJune 5, 2013Wow, total TSA jerk today. Made comment, "There are fewer in that line people it's not a complicated math problem". The line in question looked more for airport employees and wheelchair bound.

- RedRockPacoJuly 9, 2012When flying in and out of McCarran you want to be on airlines that DON'T dock at the D gates. Basically you want to fly usair, southwest or spirit. However the new T3 might change that. We shall see.

- Relatively small airport. You can show up 30 mins before your flight and you will not have to wait at all.
- Try the planes! They are a must and I get one EVERYTIME!
