- Bus to airport can take up to 30 minutes if the airport is congested. Plan accordingly.

- The staff here is super great about giving you a ride to your terminal if you're running late!

- Quick out, not so much returning. Need to recharge? Go in the main lobby.
- If you have status and tell them you're running late they'll drive you to your gate in your car

- I don't know what it is about car rentals that makes them so painful but Hertz seems to try to make it triply so.
- Do not expect service from the worst Hertz location in the country. Instead expect no or confusing directions and signs. If you're lucky they will even yell at you to move your car somewhere else.
