- Bryan LeSeptember 15, 2013Food is pretty good. Expect an easy 90 minute wait. Nice ambience. Shared tables. Unfortunately it has awful service. So bad that when combined with the 90 minute wait, makes it unfavorable to return.
- Go to the bar and grab some hirata buns and cold beer. Your typical 40-minute wait will shorten considerably.

- Dont ever ask them to give you one chicken and one pork bun for the Hirata appetizer option. They will tell you it's impossible, you'll ask why, and they'll say "because that's the way it is"
- Pork buns and Akamaru Modern ramen with soft-boiled egg = MUST.
- Deniz BasogluMarch 10, 2011You have to wait for more than an hour but it is worth! My speciality: a 'Cold Beer&Hot Peppers' while waiting and 'Miso Ramen' .
- Make sure you're getting the size noodles you want. This is the second time I mistakenly got the really thin noodles.
