Ok so I didn't like the tonkotsu here (noodles are too thin for my liking), but the miso ramen and pork buns are amazing

If you end up with extra broth and are considering an order of extra noodles, try ordering the side of rice with runny egg instead. Our waitress suggested it today and it was excellent!!!

They'll tell you around dinner time that it's over an hour wait but if you're patient you'll be seated within the half hour. So many people ahead of you will get impatient and leave. Bumping u up!

For best ramen in NYC go to Ippudo and get the akamaru (prepared kata-men) and also get the Hirata Pork Buns!

Not sure why this place has 9.1. Im a ramen-lover and this place is far down on my list. Even my japanese friend seeing the pic of the bowl wasn’t enthusiastic. Spend your 20$ somewhere else 🥴

Interesting, I think it's over rated. Long wait. Soup is ok. Noodle is ok. Service is very good compares to any ramen shop. 9.4 is too high I will rate around 8.5.

The wait is normally long if you have more than 1 person (it could be a 2 to 3-hr wait). But I went there alone last time, and I was seated immediately.
