CITY GRITAugust 5, 2014Dave Santos is 1 of the best kept secrets in NYC. Few chefs have his cooking chops. The menu is packed w/surprises. Fond of House-made Ricotta, Piri Piri Shrimp, Pork Tonnato and Octopus Bolognese.
